5’5 150 pounds. Size up! I’m normally a small so I got a medium. Returning for a large now!! Size up but super comfy.

These brass are very comfortable and soft which is nice for the nipple after feeding. They are supportive but the insert moves around to much and isn't the shape of a boob is a circle cup so I did remove them right away. They shifted everytime I fed. They are true to side so make sure to measure yourself.
